KIMS Karad MBBS Admission Criteria

• Eligibility: To be eligible for MBBS admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
  The minimum aggregate mark requirement in the 10+2 examination varies for different categories. For instance, the General category typically requires around 50–60% aggregate marks, while the OBC, SC, and ST categories usually require around 40–50% aggregate marks.
  The minimum age requirement is 17 years.
• Entrance Exams: Candidates need to appear for the NEET UG entrance exam and obtain a qualifying score to be eligible for admission.

KIMS Karad MD Medicine Admission Criteria

• Eligibility: The candidates must have completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree or an equivalent medical degree recognised by the respective medical council or authority. The completion of a compulsory rotating internship after the MBBS degree is usually required. The minimum mark requirements may vary, but general applicants must have scored at least 50 percent.
• Entrance Exams: For merit-based admission, the candidate’s performance on the entrance exam and in their academics are taken into consideration. Candidates should have qualified for NEET PG.
• Application Process: The qualified applicant must register either for all-India or state counselling. The MD cut-off score determines MD admission at several Indian medical colleges. Based on the NEET PG merit list and the number of vacancies in each course and college, candidates will be allocated to MD Medicine colleges and courses. The chosen candidate will be informed of the interview.
• Personal Interview: Candidates who did well on the entrance test are called in for a personal interview. The interview assesses the candidate’s communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the MD programme.
• Document Required: The following documents must be submitted as part of the MD Medicine programme’s application process: Admit card, Application form, Copies of academic transcripts and degrees, Proof of completion of an internship, Proof of medical council registration, a statement of purpose or personal statement, Curriculum vitae (CV) or resume, Letters of recommendation (usually 2-3), Passport-size photographs, Birth certificate, Identity proof, and caste certificate (if applicable).
• Fee Payment: To confirm admission, shortlisted candidates must pay the institution’s determined fees after verification of their documents.

KIMS Karad MS Medicine Admission Criteria

KIMS Karad DM Medicine Admission Criteria

1. Eligibility: MD or MS graduates are eligible to pursue a Doctorate of Medicine (DM) as a super specialty degree. Minimum qualifying percentages are 50% (GEN) and 40%–45% for OBC, SC, and ST Candidates.
2. Entrance Exam: Admission to the DM course requires passing entrance exams like NEET SS, AIIMS SS, and INI CET.
3. Personal Interview: The institution will conduct a personal interview for entrance-qualified students based on their rank. The interview assesses the candidate’s communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the DM programme. After selecting the candidates, the authorities require them to submit the necessary documents and complete the payment of fees to confirm their admission.

KIMS Karad MCH Medicine Admission Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree from an approved medical college or university.
