- Eligibility: To be eligible for MBBS admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
The minimum aggregate mark requirement in the 10+2 examination varies for different categories. For instance, the General category typically requires around 50–60% aggregate marks, while the OBC, SC, and ST categories usually require around 40–50% aggregate marks. The minimum age requirement is 17 years. - Entrance Exams: Candidates need to appear for the NEET UG entrance exam and obtain a qualifying score to be eligible for admission.
- Counselling Process: After qualifying for the entrance exam, candidates need to participate in the counselling process conducted by the respective authorities (national or state).
