Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College BAMS Admission Process

• Eligibility: The candidate must have passed the 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The minimum age requirement for candidates is 17 years old.
• Entrance Exams: Candidates must qualify for NEET UG to be considered for admission to BAMS based on merit.
• Application Process: To secure their chances of being considered for admission to BAMS based on merit, candidates who have applied for NEET and meet the eligibility criteria must actively participate in the registration process for either all-India counselling or state counselling. On the basis of the score and rank, three rounds of counselling are often held. Admission to the BAMS degree programme at a number of ayurveda colleges in India is determined by the BAMS minimum score requirement. The candidate selected will be informed of a forthcoming interview.
• Personal Interview: A personal interview is scheduled for those who qualified for the entrance exam. The interview assesses the candidate’s aptitude, communication skills, and interest in Ayurveda and the BAMS programme.
• Document Required: Applicants for the BAMS programme are required to submit several documents as part of the application process, including their NEET UG admit card, application form, and 10+2 pass certificate. They must also provide 10+2 mark sheets, passport-size photographs, domicile certificate (if applicable), birth certificate, identity proof, and caste certificate (if applicable) to complete their application.
• Fee Payment: Short-listed candidates are expected to pay the institution’s determined fees after document verification to confirm admission.
